Base plus all feature add-ons together never cost more than ₹4,999 per month for one location — applied automatically. Three things sit outside the ceiling, stated here rather than in fine print: extra locations (+₹1,499 each), metered WhatsApp usage, and one-time fees. GST applies to everything.

Payments & billing details

Subscription payments are collected online (UPI, cards, net banking) through RBI-licensed payment aggregators, or by invoice.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges. Annual billing available with the migration fee waived. See Refunds & Cancellations.
Prices exclude GST (18% applies to software subscriptions). A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
Your members' payments to you are separate: they flow through your own payment setup to your bank account. Helmr charges 0% on your collections.

Common questions

My members pay mostly cash. Is this still useful?

Yes — cash mode is a first-class part of the base plan. Fast entry at the desk, GST invoice, renewal clock and reminders all work with zero online payments. Online collection is an upgrade you switch on when ready.

My gym isn't a registered company. Can I collect online?

Yes. Your personal PAN and bank account are enough to start collecting through payment links — no company registration needed. Full autopay features unlock when your complete KYC clears.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it — members, payments, invoices, attendance. Export stays available for 30 days after cancellation. Leaving being easy is part of the product.

Do you take a percentage of my members' payments?

No. 0% — permanently, not as an introductory offer. Payment gateway charges (where they apply, e.g. on cards) are the gateway's published rates and go to the gateway, not to us. UPI is effectively free.

Is there a free trial?

Early-access gyms get a proving month: run Helmr on your own members and watch the lapse count before paying full price. Message us on WhatsApp or write to tech@helmr.in.
